Neck pain is not such a high-rate disease but it takes much time to be treated if someone suffers from it. Therefore it is necessary to avoid neck pain, in addition to taking care of general health, be careful while laying down and sitting up. Reduce the burden from your muscles: simplest and easiest way to avoid neck pains is to relax the neck muscles. But avoid the big pillows that cause neck stiffness.

Leave your body in relaxing position for some time after moving your neck, head and the whole body. Along with it you can take help of meditation, yoga and exercise.

Massage: massage also relaxes the muscles stress. First, take a shower with hot water then take a massage of neck and shoulders with oil or lotion for ten to fifteen minutes. The clockwise circulation of fingers is helpful in massage.

Keep body postures right: to keep the body at right angle also relives the neck pain. The balance of the spinal cord is closely related to the gravity of earth. Do exercise it by standing with any wall. Practice it by standing up against a wall.
